Privacy and KVKK Notice
This page explains clearly how your personal data is processed.
1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by TAYTUR TURİZM NAKLİYAT İNŞAAT PETROL VE TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ PAZARLAMA İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Taytur Nakliyat”) as the data controller.
Address: Cumhuriyet Mahallesi İpekyolu Caddesi Taytur Tır Parkı Sahası No:207 Başverimli / Silopi / Şırnak, Türkiye
Email: serbest@tayturnakliyat.com.tr
2. Personal data processed
When you fill in the contact form, we process your full name, company or organization name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. This website does not ask you for any other personal data.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to answer your contact request, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about your request.
4. Method of collection and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website. Processing is based on the legal grounds in KVKK Article 5/2-(c) (processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided it is directly related) and 5/2-(f) (processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject).
5. Transfer of data
The information you send through the form is delivered to our company representatives by email. Our website is hosted on servers located in Europe, and our email service is provided by a separate service provider. Your data is therefore transferred to these providers and may be processed and stored on servers located outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made only to the extent necessary to provide the website and email services and are subject to Article 9 of the KVKK. You may contact us for information about these transfers. Your data is not shared with any other third party unless there is a legal obligation.
6. Retention period and security
Contact form data is not kept in a database on the website; it is only sent as an email. Your data is kept for the time needed to complete your request and for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
To prevent misuse of the form, the submission frequency is checked briefly using an irreversible hash of your IP address; your IP address itself is not stored in connection with the form.
Our hosting provider may, as standard practice, keep server access logs for each visit to the website (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and device information) for security purposes. Taytur Nakliyat does not use these logs for individual analysis or profiling.
7. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
Google Maps on the contact page is not loaded until you click the “Load the map” button. Once loaded, Google's own privacy terms apply.
8. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
Everyone whose personal data is processed may apply to Taytur Nakliyat to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether their personal data is processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law,
- To request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- To object to a result against them arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. Applications and changes
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information identifying you, to the postal address above or to serbest@tayturnakliyat.com.tr. Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
